The 2024 conference will be held at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, Saturday, October 12 (Preconference) - Wednesday, October 16 (ending at noon). The group rate is $219.00 for single occupancy, subject to applicable state and local taxes. The group rate is subject to availability. Hotel Cancellation Policy:

Please note that a one-night room and tax cancellation fee applies if a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before arrival.  Should a guest depart sooner than the date confirmed at check-in, an early departure fee of $175 plus tax will be applied.
