This year’s conference theme Remember the Mission: A Call to Care for All reflects the many facets and roles our profession has as counseling center directors. Conference attendance continues to grow, with 500+ Counseling Center Directors, each representing a unique University nationally and abroad. AUCCCD is the only organization which brings together this many University Counseling Center Directors in one setting each year.

AUCCCD offers a diverse array of options to expose your company/organization to Directors. New in 2019. We’ve launched several new opportunities for our sponsors and exhibitors, including more mobile app advertising, video offerings and more sponsored events. Single Sponsor Icon - $2,500

  • Your own icon on the main navigation of the app

Sponsor Banner (15 second intervals) - $1,000

  • Located at the bottom of the main screen menu
  • Clickable banner directs users to a sponsor page with a customizable image, name and description, and a “More Info” link to additional information – a PDF or webpage

Benefits

All “Sponsored Events” come with these benefits:
Signage at event, verbal recognition at event or in most recent general session before/after event, clickable
logo recognition in conference app, recognition at opening and closing events, recognition on website and in all
pre-conference communication to attendees.

All “Tiered” sponsors giving for general conference use receive these benefits:
• Recognition at opening and closing conference, Icon/rotating banner ad in conference (duration depends on
sponsorship level), Featured sponsors listing in the conference app, Organization name/logo listed on AUCCCD
website with link to URL of your choice for one year, included in all pre-conference communication to members.

Door Prizes

Door prizes add fun to any conference. If you have been thinking you’d like to do something to help support the AUCCCD conference, please consider providing a door prize. We also welcome Door Prize gift card donations on-line during the registration process!

2019 Conference Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. Any refund requests received before August 31 (5:00 PM EST) will receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee. Any refund requests received between September 1 – September 15 will receive a 50% refund. Any requests received after September 15 at 5:00 PM EST will not be eligible for a refund. The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, registration fees will be refunded; however, AUCCCD will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, and/or travel agencies.

AUCCCD is not responsible for weather-related travel delays or other issues in regard to personal travel and no refunds will be given due to these occurrences.
