Non-Member Access with Optional Trial Membership

For the first time in our 76-year conference history, AUCCCD is opening its annual conference to non-member counseling center directors. This landmark change reflects our commitment to expanding access and fostering collaboration across the field of collegiate mental health.

While AUCCCD membership remains limited to one director per institution (see membership criteria), non-members who meet the standard membership criteria are now eligible to attend the 2025 AUCCCD Conference.

Non-Member Registration Includes Optional 6-Month Trial Membership
Eligible non-members will have the opportunity to opt in to a complimentary 6-month AUCCCD trial membership during registration. This trial membership begins at the time of registration payment and includes full access to AUCCCD member benefits—most notably the AUCCCD listserv and professional resources, such as the Directors’ Toolkit.

Pricing Details*:

• Non-Member Conference Rate: $829
  (includes option to activate the 6-month trial membership)
• Current Member Conference Rate: $479
• Full Membership + Member Registration: $400 (join fee) + $479 = $879

*Prices listed are early registration rates and will increase on September 2.

Choosing the non-member rate with the 6-month trial offers a $50 savings compared to joining outright, while still providing access to the same member benefits for the duration of the trial.

Conference Travel Grants

AUCCCD offers four travel grants to support member directors attending their first conference.

Award Covers:

• Full conference registration
• Pre-conference for first-time attendees
• $500 value

Eligibility:

• Must be a current AUCCCD member
• Must have never attended an AUCCCD conference
• Must submit a short post-conference reflection for the Fall Board Report

2026 Conference Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected]. Any refund requests received before August 29 (5:00 PM EST) will receive a full refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee. Any refund requests received between September 1 – October 2 will receive a 50% refund. Any requests received after October 2 at 5:00 PM EST will not be eligible for a refund. The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, registration fees will be refunded; however, AUCCCD will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, and/or travel agencies.

AUCCCD is not responsible for weather-related travel delays or other issues in regard to personal travel, and no refunds will be given due to these occurrences.
