To “Reply All” or “Backchannel”, that is the question.

Greetings all from the Comm Comm where all things listserv are considered! In early August we had a discussion on the list about what emails should be replied to for the whole list to read and what should be backchanneled and summarized for the list to review later. This discussion not only piqued the curiosity of Comm Comm but the Governing Board itself. So we decided to ask you – What do you want?
