Conference registration for the 2024 annual conference in Indianapolis is now open! Indy is described as the “Crossroads of America” as it has ties to the transportation industry and is also known as the “racing capital of the world”. These descriptors for Indy mirror our outreach work: fast paced and dizzying at times. We are often pulled to balance differing needs of students as well as considering cultural, societal, and political movements. And yet, together, we are grounded and have clarity. We hope you will make plans to join us in Indianapolis June 5-7, to share your knowledge, learn from colleagues, network and build our outreach community!

Registration
Member registration is $435 if you sign up prior to May 17th, after that date, the rate will increase to $475. Non-Members can register for $535 prior to May 17th, the rate will increase to $575 after that date. A limited number of students and trainees can register for $175.

Pre-Conference Session
The pre-conference sessions will be featured on Wednesday, June 5th. There will be two sessions offered this year. You can learn more about the pre-conference session on the AUCCCO Website.

Conference Schedule and Sessions
A tentative conference schedule and listing of the selected breakout sessions can be found on the AUCCCO Website. Sessions will be assigned a time slot soon and the website will be updated.

Hotel
The 2024 AUCCCO Conference will take place at the Sheraton Circle Centre Hotel in Indianapolis, IN. A group room rate has been set up at $184/night. Please plan to make your hotel reservations prior to May 10, 2024. After that date, the group room rate cannot be guaranteed. To book your room online, use the link below.
